Our interior design services are focus primarily on residential spaces, however we welcome commercial clients who require creative design solutions.

Architectural Review

We love the opportunity to collaborate with you and your builder or architect before blueprints make it to the construction permit phase. This allows us to thoroughly review the layout after our consultation with you to catch any of the design elements you would like incorporated in the foundational drawings that may require structural implementation and changes to walls, plumbing locations etc. This includes electrical review too If you want wall sconces instead of a ceiling mount or pendants instead of a wall mount, we make sure to address these from the start.

Interior Design

We start with a consultation to review your project in depth and when we have a thorough understanding of the needs and wants you have for your space and a sense of your style we put together a concept presentation to give you an idea of the style and finishes we think would look amazing in your home based on YOUR preferences. When we have the go ahead that we’ve nailed your style we begin sourcing and coordinating interior finishes, everything from hardwood, cabinet color and style to grout for your tile. Interior Design Drawings are created to provide visual reference and for procurement of quotes to outline a budget for the scope of work desired.

Interior Styling & Accessories

We start with a consultation to review your wants and needs for the rooms, taking inventory of items to be replaced whether they no longer function for the purpose of the room or you are changing directions in style. We determine items that can potentially be reused as is, that maybe need a sand and stain and or to be reupholstered. Together we establish a budget and timeline and group items in terms of priorities to ensure a successful transformation. We source the furniture and accessories based on your style preferences and style the room for you. We include space planning to ensure your furniture is to scale and you never again have to worry about buying a sectional that is too big.

Project Management

Tailored to the unique needs of your project, we handle all the details from start to finish. Procurement, purchasing, installation and site meetings with you and our trades keep your project on schedule. Being on site allows us to catch any problems or deficiencies in order to problem solve solutions in a timely manner this happens more often than you’d think in renovations, as walls are opened and floors are removed you often uncover an issue or two that affects the scope of work Hiring us for Project Management allows you peace of mind as we navigate these issues on your behalf.
